All sales of UsAgain are final once the digital file has been downloaded or accessed. We ask that you give the book a real shot before requesting a refund — that means at least 30 days from the date of purchase.

If after 30 days you genuinely feel the book has not helped you, you have an additional 30 days to reach out and request a full refund. No forms. No hassle. Just contact us between day 30 and day 60 and we will take care of it.

If you have not downloaded or accessed the file and feel the product isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

If you have any issues receiving or accessing your order, reach out and we'll make it right immediately.
